We have a 30-day Return Policy.

Only Items that are unopened, unused, or items damaged in shipping. Will receive a full refund!

In these cases, the customer is asked to do the following:

1. Complete A Product Return Merchandise Form

2. Take a clear picture of the product and email pictures to returns@helpclearmyacne.com.

3. Return the product to HelpClearMyAcne at the customer’s expense.

We will provide an address in the email once we receive your PRMF. Please get tracking on your return shipment, we are not responsible for lost merchandise.

Please note there is a $7 Administration/handling fee on all returned items.

This will be deducted from your total refund.

If approved, the customer will receive a full refund or replacement product, the customer’s choice. Refunds usually take about 7-10 business days. Replacement products are shipped free of charge to customers.

Opened & Used Products.

We do offer partial refunds/exchanges on products that have been opened. In these cases, the customer is asked to do the following:

3. Return the product to HelpClearMyAcneat at the customer’s expense.
